The Venus Rose Star

Sitting in the hairdressers opposite the Cathedral Close in Salisbury, I heard a gruff dragon voice tell me to visit the Cathedral on my way home, so as always, I dutifuly did as I was told because I prefer not to argue with a dragon even if I have free will! 

I have fond memories here as one of my son's attended the grammar school in the cathedral grounds, where William Golding the author of 'The Lord of The Flies' book was once a teacher and perhaps based his characters from the boys he taught!

I have been lucky enough to accompany my son on a tour to the top of the spire which is the tallest single spire in the UK at 111 meters high! (111 being a synchronicity or angel number meaning awakening to your souls calling and being on the correct path). The tall spire was built to draw down light from the heavens above.

The Cathedral also boasts to hold one of the 4 Magna Carters and the best preserved copy kept behind glass for all to see. (This photo can be found on the website of Salisbury Cathedral as I was unable to take a photo the day I visited).

The oldest working mechanical clock once housed in the bell tower is now kept in the main part of the cathedral opposite the font. 

I have had the privilege to watch the smooth font bounce and create beautiful geometrical shapes as when the school chior sang at Christmas events.

I stepped outside and the heat hit me so I decided to walk around the cloisters of the cathedral where it was quiet and cool so I could check in with the dragons.

First a messgae from the dragons flooded in to share for the dragon summit and then, I was told to look again at the sacred geometry shapes and my eye was drawn specifically to the 5 pointed star, a pentagram which holds the energy of the elements, fire, water, air and space. I realised for the past couple of weeks I had been doodling this shape in my journal and bits of paper! Synchronicities!

As I looked through the shape, Mary Magdelene stepped forward with red dragons by her side, strong & powerful and the words "Through our visions we create harmonious alignment with our soul essence" She beckoned me to go into the cathedral shop before I left. In the shop were some books that showed how this shape is meticulously placed in some areas to draw in the sunlight of the Solstice and Equinoxes at midday. This shape is also the same as the rose star geometrical shape that the planet Venus makes when it orbits the sun during its 8 year cycle. Today as I channel the message in, Venus, the planet of love is in the north node, which is the direction we are heading. Venus is also in the astrological sign of Leo where we bring through our soul expression, so a very fitting message indeed!

This months energies has been about going through initiations of empowerment to open our hearts. Interestingly, what I was shown in a dream the evening after visiting the cathedral, was that the sunlight is needed to enter in from the dawn & dusk through our third eye to activate our pineal glands. This light helps to regulate our Circadian rhythms as we tune back in to the cycles of nature. The connection to the natural world around us through the Goddess also helps to open our heart as we see how deeply we are connected to everything. When our hearts are open, we are able to bring balance to the elements within, the air, fire, water, earth of the pentagram star, until we feel centred & connected to spirit. We become curious observers with a heightened awareness of the world around us and feel balanced with the divine feminine and masculine energies too. Through the heart powerhouse, we are able to connect the lower 'I am' self with the higher self, which essentially opens our intuitive centres, gifts and talents further.

In the Shamanic Dragon Priestess, we have been opening our hearts with a channelled meditative activation through 4 chambers of the heart with different frequencies of the dragons. Next week, we are grounding in the dragon codes teachings so far by opening our  earth star chakras. We will be working with the energies of the Goddess Pele and a Black Guardian Dragon as I connected to their energies when I was on the volvanic Islands of Lanzarote 2 years ago. I noticed today that the flowers used in the garland given in Hawaii as a welcome also have the 5 pointed star. Here is one of the plumeria flowers, also known as frangipani, native to Hawaii as an example. This flower symbolises new beginnings, transformation & the continuity of life.
